Nikki is a Director in the Patient-Centered Outcomes practice of Adelphi Values, Nikki’s primary role is leading compliance activities across PCO.  Nikki’s responsibilities include maintenance and implementation of internal quality standards and systems and ensuring compliance with client, industry and regulatory standards.

Nikki has a BSc (Hons) degree in Biology and English from Keele University and an MSc (Distinction) in Psychological Research Methods from The Open University.

Outside of work Nikki has two young children and enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking for the family.
