Juanita is responsible for ensuring high quality, consistency and efficiency across all elements of the business. She provides leadership and oversight of contracting, planning, resourcing, working practices, business systems, deviation and quality management, and compliance to ensure delivery to the highest standards. Juanita has over 25 years’ experience in Operations and Compliance, with an interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Outside of work, Juanita can often be found at her local Parkrun, hiking around the Peak District or off on a road trip.
