In her position as Vice President, Juanita is responsible for ensuring high quality, consistency and efficiency across all elements of the business. Juanita provides leadership and oversight of contracting, resourcing, training, working practices, deviation management, quality systems and compliance to ensure delivery to the highest standards. Juanita has over 20 years’ experience in Operations and Compliance.

Prior to her current role, Juanita worked as Senior Director of Business Operations & Compliance and Deputy Managing Director respectively for two pharmaceutical market research consultancies. During that time, Juanita held the position of Communications Lead for the Ethics & Compliance Committee for the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association, a leading UK industry body.  Juanita studied Management Science at the University of Wales, Swansea.
