Brittany Klooster

Associate Director

Brittany has enjoyed over seven years in measurement science and outcomes research, gaining extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative methods to develop, evaluate, and support the use of clinical outcomes assessments (COAs) in regulatory, clinical, and scientific dissemination settings.

She earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health, concentrating in global health, and earned a B.A. in Sociology in her undergraduate studies. She has served as an author on several patient-centered research publications, including in the areas of oncology, cardiology, and hematology.

Brittany lives in Massachusetts with her partner and their beloved cat, Charlie. Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Brittany served in the US Peace Corps in Nicaragua, and still deeply enjoys travel, adventure, and discovery. She enjoys reading, baking, and watching the birds and flowers return to the garden each spring.
