Ashley facilitates project delivery, works to enhance efficiency, and is passionate about supporting the development of junior team members. She has experience across evidence generation and landscape analysis, and a specialisation in value communication. Ashley holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from University College London, which was sponsored by Cancer Research UK.

Prior to joining the team, Ashley worked as a research scientist at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, and was a fellow with Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, the commercialisation arm of the hospital. With her strong scientific background, she brings over 10 years of experience in biomedical research and scientific publications, and expertise across a range of therapy areas.
