What we do

Our purpose is to improve patients’ lives by informing healthcare decisions. In the PCO Statistics and Programming team we do this through statistical analysis projects which support clients in Patient-Reported Outcomes research.

What we are looking for

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work as a Project Administrator to provide administrative support to the project team in specific aspects of project delivery to clients. You will have general administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment. Full training for the role will be provided however a drive to learning the skills required of an Administrator and progressing within the role is essential. Fluency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong organizational skills, self-motivation and proactivity, and very close attention to detail are essential, along with a team work ethos and an appetite for working in a fast-paced and fun environment. Additional programs used include Hive, experience in Hive or other project management software is preferred but not essential.

How you fit in

The role would suit somebody with previous experience in an administrative role with a good standard of written and spoken English and mathematics. A relevant administrative qualification or formal training is desirable. However, individuals with other levels of qualification can also be considered.  This is a role that will allow you to learn the skills required for such a career whilst actively contributing to the team.

You will join the existing team of project administrators in the PCO team, with your specific focus to be to  support the Statistics and Programming team project activities. Your specific activities will include assisting team members in conducting financial and contractual activities on projects, formatting documents for client deliverables, processing and summarising data in excel, searching for and obtaining articles for literature reviews, organising meetings, preparing meeting minutes, filing, and providing administrative support in other areas of the business as required.

This role is office based; we do offer flexibility to work remotely some days (expected at least 3 days a week in office).
