Presenting at C-Path 6th Annual PRO Consortium Workshop
Once again, Adelphi Values has been invited to participate in the C-Path Patient-Reported Outcome Consortium Workshop which will be taking place in Silver Spring, MD on 29-30th April 2015.
Alan Shields, SVP, Endpoint Development & Outcomes, will participate in a discussion panel titled ‘Patient Reported Endpoints and the Relevance to Payers and Regulators: Is There Agreement?’ Alongside industry professionals and FDA representatives, Alan will be discussing the increasing value of PRO based claims, the difference between payers and regulators and the relative value of some PROs over others.
Cheryl Coon, Director, Healthcare Analytics, will deliver a presentation titled ‘Interpreting change in scores on COA endpoint measures’. She will also be moderating a session involving pharmaceutical industry and FDA representatives, discussing the limitations of current approaches to defining COA responders and outlining novel approaches for future consideration.
Our third presentation will be from Adam Gater, Director, Endpoint Development & Outcomes Assessment. Adam’s session, titled ‘The Asthma Working Group: On the path to success’, will outline the importance of standardised assessment of asthma symptoms in clinical trials, and how the work conducted by the C-Path PRO Consortium’s Asthma Working Group, in partnership with Adelphi Values, has sought to address needs in this area.
Rob Arbuckle, Managing Director of the UK Endpoint Development & Outcomes Assessment practice will also be attending the workshop. When asked about the event, he said “We are delighted to have been invited to present at the C-Path workshop. We have worked closely with C-Path for the last five years and are now providing COA development solutions to three of the seven consortium projects. The annual workshop is a great opportunity for experts across the globe to come together and discuss challenges and innovations in this specialist area.”
Alan, Cheryl, Adam and Rob look forward to meeting you there. If you would like further information on this event or any of the services provided by Adelphi Values please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
