Health state utility studies

Quantifying the impact of disease on patients through the generation of utility data is a key part of evidence generation and can greatly strengthen reimbursement submissions from a humanistic perspective.

With long-established leadership and extensive experience in cost utility studies, as well as the necessary health economic technical expertise, Adelphi Values | PROVE has the capability to generate health state utility values (HSUV) for successful reimbursement and HTA submissions.

We also have experience in eliciting population-based HSUV using time trade off (TTO) and standard gamble (SG) methodologies. Our experience of conducting direct utility elicitation studies using the TTO methodology allows us to generate utilities for cost effectiveness models and to support HTA submissions globally. We also have great experience of developing cost utility studies from existing data and in identifying and defining the applicable utilities for the study.
