Create project plans for timely delivery, direct and support project team members on their respective tasks, as well as monitor team work to ensure delivery is according to the project plan. Review all client applying qualitative and quantitative research deliverables to ensure that they are ‘client ready’. Ensure any change in scope on clinical outcomes assessments healthcare projects is agreed with the client and clear documentation of the change is shared with the client. Update the contribution site with actual and forecast contribution delivery and any changes to external costs and sales value, based on development of clinical outcomes of assessment (COAs). Oversee all financial aspects of the project, including client invoicing and approval of incoming costs. Write reports, manuscripts, presentations and regulatory documents, as well as coordinate the development of, and writing elements of, proposals using concept saturation analysis and psychometric evaluation and testing for validation, reliability and score interpretation. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Epidemiology or Life Science, plus 18 months of experience in position offered or as a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate. All required experience must have included conducting and applying qualitative and quantitative research (including research methods and data analysis applying thematic and grounded theory techniques for qualitative data analysis, qualitative interviewing, concept saturation analysis and psychometric evaluation and testing for validation, reliability and score interpretation) for clinical outcomes assessments healthcare projects (including the evaluation and development of clinical outcomes of assessment (COAs) (including patient reported outcomes, clinician reported outcomes, performance reported outcomes, and observer reported outcomes)).
