You will have the opportunity to line manage and/or mentor more junior psychometricians, if this is an area that interests you.
In your role you will serve as a psychometric consultant internally for the wider Adelphi Values research team and externally for our clients. You will help deliver internal training on relevant methodologies, ensuring the team are up to date with the latest developments. You will also be encouraged and supported to present work externally at conferences and via peer-reviewed publications. Opportunities to develop your knowledge through ongoing training and academic collaboration will also be provided.
