Project Administrator – Patient-Centered Outcomes
What we are looking for
We’re recruiting a Project Administrator to join our growing PCO team in Boston, and the role can be a hybrid of in-office and remote working. This is a fast-paced and varied role in which you will support the success of our studies by coordinating the recruitment of patients for research studies, facilitating communications with research partners, assisting in the preparation of various documents, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables (via formatting and copyediting), supporting financial and contractual activities, and providing project operations support.
How you fit in
You’ll have a BA/BS degree, strong MS Office skills, a strong eye for detail, and solid verbal and written communication skills. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized (under appropriate guidance) is essential. Some familiarity with copyediting and/or proofreading is preferred. You’ll also take a collaborative approach to your work as you liaise with our research team members and other stakeholders.
