Office Administrator/Senior Office Administrator, Patient-Centered Outcomes

What we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as an Office Administrator to provide support to our admin team in all aspects of delivery. You will have general administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment. Full training for the role will be provided however a drive to learning the skills required of an Administrator and progressing within the role is essential. Fluency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong organisational skills, self-motivation and proactivity, and very close attention to detail are essential, along with a team work ethos and an appetite for working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

How you fit in

 The role would suit somebody with previous experience in an administrative, office or personal assistant role with a good standard of written and spoken English and mathematics. A relevant administrative qualification or marketing experience is desirable.

Your specific activities will include learning about and assisting team members in the preparation of various deliverables, formatting documents, summarising basic data in excel, updating staff records, organising and preparing meetings, preparing slides for meetings, booking travel, submitting expenses, filing, coordinating conferences and related activities, coordinating marketing activities and providing administrative support in other areas of the business as required.
