Nikki is a Director in the Patient-Centered Outcomes practice of Adelphi Values, having 20 years’ experience in PCO. Nikki’s primary role is leading commercial operations activities including compliance and supplier management across PCO. Nikki’s responsibilities include maintenance and implementation of internal quality standards and systems and ensuring compliance with client, industry and regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as part of the project delivery team and brings many years’ experience of COA research which she applies to compliance and study management considerations when supporting project teams, particularly relating to in-trial research studies.

Nikki has a BSc (Hons) degree in Biology and English from Keele University and an MSc (Distinction) in Psychological Research Methods from The Open University.

Outside of work Nikki has two young children and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and swimming.
